The Rio de Janeiro Humanitarian project is supported by the World Olympian Association. Participants will volunteer at the Olympic Reunion Center to host underprivileged youth as they did in 2012 near Buckingham Palace. The reunion center, Clube de Regatas do Flemengo, is located in Rio's south side in the shadow of the Christ the Redeemer statue on the shores of Lagoa Rodrigo de Frietas. Presented by Ernst & Young and CR Flemengo, home of the leading Brazil futbol team, the reunion center will be a hub for the Tiffin University contingency throughout the Olympics. Students may also volunteer at the African Village which features a public restaurant and live daily entertainment.
